mY Transformation

After graduating from college, I was consistent with my workouts, but my overall lifestyle wasn’t aligned with my goals. My nutrition was inconsistent, I drank alcohol frequently, and I lacked the systems and habits needed to achieve the physique I wanted.

In the first half of 2025, I made a commitment to improve. My goal was to lose body fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible. I approached this by maintaining a slight calorie deficit and training with high intensity five days per week.

Over the course of seven months, I lost 25 pounds and body composition scan showed that the majority of that weight came from body fat, as I maintained approximately 96% of my lean mass while reducing my body fat from 21% to 13%.

While the numbers were rewarding, the most impactful change was in how I looked and felt, especially the noticeable difference in my face. That transformation brought a level of confidence that went far beyond the scale.
