Yes, you can pause once during your plan and for a maximum of 2 weeks, Just let me know! This is useful if you have travel plans or other life circumstances come up in which you need a break.

You have direct access to me via in app messaging. I encourage any questions and feedback you may have.

Formal check-ins and program updates happen once a week typically over the weekend. I also typically check in via in app messaging a couple times a week to make sure things are going according to plan.

No, I make the plan to fit your life. So if you don’t have a gym or want to join one, I will make you a plan based on whatever home equipment you have access to.

This isn’t about locking you in, it’s about making sure you give yourself enough time to build real habits and see meaningful progress. Most people who struggle in fitness aren’t lacking effort, they just don’t stay consistent for long enough.
